This is why we have two wedding planning packages that are tailored to you – whether you like to organise on your own with a bit of assistance, or need full assistance from a team of professionals, we have you covered.

Essentials wedding planning package

We know that some of our couples love to be involved with the steps of planning their special day, but might need a bit of assistance along the way. The Essentials Wedding Planning Package is perfect for this couple who has already started the wedding planning stages but would like some extra support towards their big day.

Complete wedding planning package

For couples who need a lot more assistance in planning their big day, we have a COMPLETE wedding planning package that covers all aspects of your wedding by Anna and our wedding planners to design your dream wedding. With a full wedding planning service that looks after every aspect, you’re free to enjoy time together as a newly engaged couple and work through other parts of your wedding.

Essentials wedding package

Offered for $7,000 + GST

Our Essentials wedding planning services offers you a supportive wedding professional to pull together everything that you have done so far, and that could include securing wedding vendors that’ll be part of the team to create your dream wedding day.

They could be preferred suppliers that we have recommended in the past, or ones that you adore and we’ll reach out to them.

Inclusions:

  • Dedicated wedding planning by Anna Wang, or in-house planner,
  • Finalise payments and deposits for vendors,
  • Prepare wedding planning guide with schedule time frames of when things need to be done,
  • Create a runsheet with your MC for the reception part of your day,
  • Attend church rehearsal (if there is one)
  • Attend first dress shopping, and then final fitting with your dress maker
  • 3 meeting sessions with your wedding planner, and unlimited emails/phone
  • Creating and monitoring budgets, supplier contracts and payments
  • Supplier coordination and run sheet preparation
  • Online RSVP management (at an additional charge)
  • Assistance with the floor plan (if required)
  • Presence on your wedding day for up to 10 hours with 1x Coordinator only (additional hours and/or staff available on request)

Our ANNA WANG full wedding planning service was designed to offer you the support and guidance to create a truly memorable wedding day that you’ll get to relax and enjoy every part of the wedding.

Inclusions:

  • Source wedding reception, church/ceremony locations by presenting you with a selection based from your brief,
  • Source wedding vendors that fit your brief and look,
  • Look after the contractual requirements, bookings and deposits of all vendors,
  • Create a Wedding Brief,
  • Provide you with a budget sheet to keep track of the wedding budget,
