Nicole and Hayden wanted wished to bring their nearest and dearest into an enchanted garden, so we made the magic happen and we love creating these gardens set with ambient lighting and overgrown foliages – it’s one of our signature looks. The ceiling was draped with hanging white wisteria and lively green vines with warm fairy lights woven throughout, almost like having little fireflies dancing above. The reception venue Doltone House is known for its delectable modern cuisine and superb hospitality, making it the perfect wedding venue to match this elegance.
To really bring this concept to life, we made sure there the centrepieces and the bridal table were gushing with luscious greenery and kept it classic with one floral colour palette of white. The golden stands with an added dash of candlelight on the tables make the ambience magical.
The major feature of this wedding styling concept is the ceiling installation because it creates a mystical visual experience and brings the ceiling tall ceiling down. It’s a great way to create ambience and romance to a space. We wanted the guests to be fully immersed in this garden setting, sort of like a Midsummer’s Dream feel, so we have the wisteria and vines hanging low with fairy lights that create a warm ambience.
With the ceiling being the main attraction, we decided to keep it neutral below eye level – black tablecloths, black tiffany chairs and black dance floor. This is one way to keep guests in awe of our wonderful creation above.
The bridal table decoration is simple, keeping to the theme with flowing greenery. We even made a little piece to match for the wedding cake!
