Not all weddings are made to be large and lavish, some are made to be close and intimate like Belinda and Shane’s. This Zest Waterfront wedding venue has a warm and cosy interior making it a beautiful space for us to create a rustic floral set up for this gorgeous couple.
Warm timber features and imported stone walls of the interior gave us that homey feeling we needed for this rustic wedding design concept. Along with timber chairs and painted white wooden candle sticks, it definitely embodied that cosy feeling.
A delicate and elegant floral bouquet of fresh white and light pink roses with soft baby’s breath on the table centrepieces sets the scene for a romantic evening. What a better way to celebrate love than by sitting beneath the dim glow of overhanging fairy lights.
Even in an intimate setting, we still need to be able to bring attention to the bridal party and a great way to do this is by having visual highlights around the bridal table. While the wedding flowers on the bridal table is a simple flower runner, the three ceiling installations are full of lush green leaves. This really encapsulates that rustic feeling we were going for and is a bit more attention grabbing than other floral arrangements.
We enjoy styling every kind of wedding, but ones like Belinda and Shane’s truly warm our heart. It’s so simple, and yet being able to bring family and friends together in an intimate space is such a blessing we are glad to be part of.
