Event Coordinator & Planner
We are excited to offer opportunity for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our wonderful team of dream makers. We have a role available to be part of a family of creatives driven to plan and create memorable events.

This role is a key member of the team as it is tasked to oversee the operational plans of the team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Attend a briefing at the work location for each shift;
Attend team meetings when required;
Respond and manage Styled Events wedding, corporate and social enquiries and existing clients for all their event styling needs;
Create visual styling briefs, source new stock for unique requests, and organise sub-hires from a selection of our industry suppliers when required;
Oversee the loading and unloading of the vans/trucks in preparation for each event;
Prepare project plans and various plans in preparation for each function/wedding;
Plan the logistics for each event, weekend and bump out teams.
Liaise and deliver styling requirements for industry professionals including Venue Co-ordinators, Wedding Planners and Professional Conference Organisers; and
Such other duties as may be notified to the Employee from time to time.
Skills and experience
Highly organised to ensure productivity levels are met.
Passion for the events industry.
Experience with an operation role in the events or hospitality industry.
2 years in a similar role.
Project coordination experience will be highly regarded.
Knowledge in MS Office suite and Apple systems.
